HomeWord Bound: An Event of Literary Proportions fundraiser
HomeWord Bound is CPAH’s annual literary fundraiser, set for April 20, 2012, 6-10 p.m. at the Tualatin Country Club. Event includes dinner, silent auction, 13 local authors signing and books available for sale. Tickets are $75; a table of 10 for $600. Joining CPAH in 2012 as featured speakers are: Former Oregon Gov. Barbara Roberts, a long-time affordable housing advocate who has released her personal and political memoir, “Up the Capitol Steps,” along with beloved best selling author Jean Auel, who recently completed “The Land of Painted Caves,” the sixth volume of her Earth’s Children series (which began in 1984 with “Clan of the Cave Bear”). Also, the hilarious Dan Murphy from The Broadway Rose Theatre Company will be in attendance once again as Master of Ceremonies. This evening is sure to be a sell out!
