About the event
MVBA is hosting the annual Trick-or-Treat Costume Parade in Multnomah Village from 3:30-5:30pm. Start at any participating business on SW Capitol & SW Troy from about SW 37th to SW 30th and the Multnomah French Quarter for Trick-or-Treating! Be sure to check out all the great Halloween events in our neighborhood. There will be lots of little visitors to Multnomah Village. Please consider walking, rolling, or public transit to participate. Accessible Parking is available on the street and at the Multnomah Arts Center.
